Don't worry about not getting a ticket to the swearing-in ceremony, the entire Mall is open to the public with Jumbotrons. The only thing a ticket gets you (and we didn't get one either despite applying to our Congressman and Senators and being campaign donors) is the opportunity to stand a little bit closer.
