Floracliff Nature Sanctuary is offering a special Winter Solstice Family Yoga class on Friday, December 21 at 10 am. Instructor Carey Ruff will lead a session at this quiet preserve in the south-east corner of Fayette County. Manager Beverly James writes:
At this busy time, take a moment with your family to pause and set an intention for the coming year. We will welcome the light and explore some mindfulness practices and yoga poses while taking a lesson from nature. Recommended ages 4 and up.
